It's very simple. Put in the work, eat less and a little better every day. Consistency is important. Consistency = 80%. Achieving 100% all the time puts people into a stressed state, making it more difficult to be successful. We don’t want you to be frustrated. We want you to be successful.

NUTRITION IS KEY

Here at Contemporary Athlete, we don’t just teach weight loss, we teach NUTRITION.

The first rule of thermodynamics states that all energy in a closed system is never lost, it can only be converted. It either gets burned as fuel (fuel for the body), or gets stored to be used for later (as fat).

We will be with you every step of the way. We don’t just tell you what to do - we teach you how to do it. Education = preparedness. Carbohydrates and fat are not the enemy. There are no lists of food to eat or not eat. It’s about macro nutrients; carbohydrates, protein and fat. We teach you how to calculate your macros based on your desired goal(s), THEN we teach you how to prepare real food into good tasting meals that fit into your macro allowances.

We eliminate the excuses. No time to plan? No time to food shop? Too tired at night to cook? We've heard them all before. The good news is, it's entirely fixable, and easier than you think. Let us teach you. You can do this!
